Saskatchewan Library Week Contest

Contest Details:

• Three $150 Visa gift cards will be distributed in north, central, and south zones.
• Prizes courtesy of grants from the Saskatchewan Library Association.
• Contest entries must be received between October 20, 2019 and October 26, 2019 to be considered eligible.
• Contest is open to all physicians, residents, staff, and students working with the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
• Two entries are allowed per person for using the library during Library Week and for referring a new client OR one entry is allowed per person for being referred as a new library client.
• Prizes will be announced within 30-days of the contest close date (October 26, 2019). Winners will be informed via phone/email as provided.
• Winners will be determined via random selection after a review and validation of entries (non-SHA staff and other unauthorized entries will be removed).
• The library reserves the right to re-distribute unclaimed prizes 30 days past the first announcement.
• All personal information provided will be kept private and confidential.
