The SHA Library provides a comprehensive range of excellent knowledge services and resources to assist in making better decisions, research, learning and innovation to achieve healthy patient outcomes.
As an evidence-based institution, the SHA Library is here to help you access, acquire and/or find relevant information for your work and for optimal patient care.
The SHA Library provides seamless access to provincial information resources and offers instructional support in research, evidence-based practice, literature searching, and health information literacy. Resources provided by SHIRP (Saskatchewan Health Information Resources Program) are integrated into the SHA’s online collection along with relevant evidence-based Open Access resources.
You are experts in patient care. We are experts in information.
Information On Hand:
The SHA Library’s website is the main library. 95% of the Library’s resources are electronic and therefore available to all SHA staff, physicians, clinicians and affiliates across the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
We do so much more than what we list on this page. Request a training session and we will provide you with a full orientation of our services and resources.
