Installing the RxFiles Plus App

To install the RxFiles Plus app:

  1. Connect your mobile device to the RQHR Wi-Fi.
  2. Download the app from the App Store or Play Store (make sure it is 'RxFiles+').
  3. Open the app and you will see a login screen. Depending on what type of device you are using, you can either select the 'Use Trial Mode' button or hit cancel in the top right corner (do not try entering a username and password).
  4. Text at the bottom of the screen will state that the app is unlocked from a verified IP until a specific date. This means you now have access until that date and can begin using the app.

Note: The app will continuously list an end date 3 months in the future as long as you are connected to the RQHR Wi-Fi. If you use the app offsite, it will expire after 3 months and you will need to reconnect via RQHR Wi-Fi (or follow the 'Using Other Wi-Fi' instructions) to renew your access.

To install the RxFiles Plus app:

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Play Store (make sure it is 'RxFiles+')
  2. Using your mobile device, go to the desktop version of RxFiles and enter your barcode (contact us to request a barcode).
  3. Tap the link that says 'Activate IOS/Android App'. It can be found on most devices by scrolling to the bottom of the screen. On some devices it might appear inside a box near the top right corner of the screen.
  4. The app should then open automatically and finish authenticating. If you get asked for a username and password then you should be able to bypass this by either selecting the 'Use Trial Mode' button or hitting Cancel in the top right corner (do not try entering a username and password).
  5. Text at the bottom of the screen will state that the app is unlocked from a verified IP until a specific date. This means you now have access until that date and can begin using the app.

Note: Your access will expire after 3 months and you will need to reauthenticate by repeating steps 2-4 in these instructions.
