The new Lexicomp app authorization code became available in April, when the renewal date changed to April 1 from September 1. Some users are only now being prompted for the new code. If this is the case for you, you need to apply the code that was available in April 2021.
Lexicomp no longer recognizes personal email addresses for our accounts. You will need to change it to a work email or create a new account. The following domains will be accepted:
