Physical access to SHA Library - Saskatoon City Hospital is available 24/7 by prox card. If you do not have prox card access, you can gain entry during staffed hours by ringing the doorbell and showing staff your employee ID.

Terms of Use

• Rooms will be booked on a first come, first served basis, with priority given to SHA learners for the RGH Study Room.
• Recurring meetings may not be supported.
• A confirmation email will be sent by the library. Clientele are advised to bring their confirmation email to their booked event.
• Clientele must possess card access to the libraries. Unauthorized personnel may not accompany authorized clientele after hours.
• Rooms should be left clean and all furniture and equipment returned to its original setup.
• No shows will receive a warning that subsequent missed bookings may result in fines or suspensions from bookings. To cancel a booking, call 306-766-4142 or email us.
