Note: Contact the Library (not the IT Department) if you experience technical issues with any of the licensed mobile apps. If the issue is unresolvable, we can put you in contact with the vendor and their support team.

Installing the CPS App

  1. Go to
  2. Contact us for an organization code. Enter the code and click 'Continue'.
  3. Enter your email address and click 'Continue'.
  4. Enter your personal information and create a password to finish creating your account login.
  5. Download the CPS by CPhA Mobile app from the App Store or Play Store
  6. Log into the app with your email and password (note: your email address is your username).
  7. Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions and click 'Continue'.
  8. Decide whether you want to use your personal data to download the content. This is not recommended unless you have an unlimited data plan on your device. 
  9. Select your language and tap the 'save' button in the top right corner. 
  10. Select 'Download' to finish downloading the content in the app. Don't exit the app until it finishes downloading. This may take a few minutes. 

Note: If you already had an account created with the old RxTx app, you should be able to log into the CPS app with the same email and password. Go ahead and delete the old RxTx app from your device.
