New Opioid Stewardship Program available

Through a partnership between the SHA Library and the Stewardship and Clinical Appropriateness Opioid Stewardship program, the RxAdvanced: Opioid Stewardship program provides training on the safe use of opioids for pain. The program is available for physicians, physician assistants, pharmacists and nurse practitioners.

It is accessible until December 31, 2024 through the following SHA Library resources:

Training is listed under CME & Training (or CE/CME & Training in Pharmacist's Letter Canada). Users will require a personal user account. Step-by-step instructions are available to access this training. A certificate of completion will be provided after completing the entire program. Pharmacists will also receive 12 CE credit hours. 

Register for a Library Card Number to access this training and any library resources from any device or location.
