Click Invite when done.
  3. The users you have invited should receive an email notifying them of their access.

To view shared groups and libraries with other EndNote users:

  1. To view a shared library in EndNote, go to the File -> Open Shared Library. Any libraries that have been shared with you will appear in a list. Select the desired library, then click Open. The shared library will open in a new window.
  2. To view a shared group of references in EndNote, look in the left-hand column where all your groups are listed. You will see a category near the bottom called Groups Shared By Others. (If you do not see any, you have not been added to any groups and must check with the user who is sharing their library). Click on the desired group and follow the link to view the references in the online web version of EndNote
